Belçika'nın en büyük elektrik toptancısı olan Cebeo'nun yeni Tournai dağıtım merkezi için stow, 20.000 konumlu bir PalRack® palet raf sistemi, bir stowkonsol raf sistemi ve otomatik bir kablo deposu için raf tedarik etti ve kurdu.

Cebeo’s new distribution centre – the CDC – in Tournai not only looks spectacular, it is! The building has a ground area of 42.000 m², is 18 metres high and partially constructed on two levels. This results in a total operating area of 55.000 m². The CDC replaces the previous logistics centre in Mouscron, which had become too small to support Cebeo’s continued growth. The 11.5-hectare site in the Blandain district also houses a 10.000 m² cable park.
First of all, a pallet rack warehouse was implemented with space for 20.000 pallet locations. Due to the variety of goods that Cebeo needs to store, all kinds of accessories were provided: shelves with dividers, centering to ensure sprinkler openings, vertical storage options, etc.
A warehouse with cantilever racking for longer goods was then installed in a second hall. This is suitable for pieces up to 3 metres, which could not be accommodated in the pallet racking warehouse.
Finally, racking was also installed in the automatic cable storage warehouse.
