Mulia41 determined that Wings has many SKUs with different throughput. Some SKUs are fast moving while others are slower. Wings also does stock checking on a daily basis.
Mulia41 will deliver a combination of single deep and double deep racking that meet the client’s needs. Slower moving products are stored in the double deep rack, while faster products will be stored in the single deep racking.
These racking solutions have increased the warehouse capacity, increased their product movements, higher visibility of the products for stock checking and lower total investment.
