For many years now, the dairy producer Sierpc has been using stow’s racking systems. For their newly built warehouse the customer decided to install an automated deep lane storage system with our pallet shuttle stow Atlas. All pallets are handled by the FIFO system, providing a direct flow from the production area to the loading zone.
The total capacity of this racking construction has been estimated for nearly 1000 EUR-pallets, each weighing up to 1000 kg. To ensure a continuous flow, this racking installation is equipped with 3 pallet shuttles.
Because this construction was built at the centre of the warehouse, both sides of the racking installation are equipped with wire mesh panels. The safety panels provide additional safety and secure stored pallets from accidental falling or shifting.
