1977-1986 - Stow
• 1977: Creation of STOckage Wevelgem (Belgium)
1st production plant in Wevelgem
• 1986: Turnover: +/- 5 mio EUR, mainly on domestic market / staff of 67
1987-2000 - Stow International
• 1987: Name change to Stow International
• Establishment of affiliated companies: Austria, Czech Republic, France,
Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, UK
• Representation through rep offices China (Shanghai and Beijing)
• 1996: start-up of production plant in Shanghai (PRC)
• 1997: 3rd production plant in Dottignies (Belgium)
• International expansion through a network of distributors in Europe,
Middle East and Asia-Pacific
2001-now
• 2001: Stow becomes member of KRI Group
• 2006: Extension of the production facilities in Dottignies (Belgium)
• 2007: Turnover: 171.2 mio EUR, staff of 557
• 2008: New factory in China / Start-up of Stow Russia
• Further international expansion
